Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 17, 2026, Jeffrey A. Wilkinson, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Third Coast Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”), provided notice of his decision to resign from the Board effective as of September 17, 2026. Mr. Wilkinson’s decision to resign did not arise or result from any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
