ITEM 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets. On July 8, 2026, FSP Greenwood Plaza Corp. (the “Seller”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Franklin Street Properties Corp. (the “Registrant”), closed on the sale of the office buildings located at 6550 and 6560 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard, Englewood, Colorado containing approximately 196,236 square feet (the “Property”) to University of Colorado Health (the “Buyer”), pursuant to a Purchase and Sale Agreement dated May 26, 2026, as amended by a First Amendment to Purchase and Sale Agreement dated June 30, 2026 (as amended, the “Agreement”). There were no material relationships, other than in respect of the Agreement, among the Seller and the Buyer, or any of their respective affiliates. The gross purchase price for the Property was $19,356,000. The Registrant used approximately $8,500,000 of the proceeds from the sale of the Property for the repayment of debt, including interest and fees, with the balance to be retained by the Registrant and available to fund tenant improvements, leasing commissions, building improvements and other general corporate uses. .
