Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. Kristen L. Soler, Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (the “Company”) will be leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. Effective June 26, 2026, Ms. Soler is expected to serve in an advisory capacity through July 10, 2026. Ms. Soler will receive payment in accordance with the termination without due cause provision of her employment agreement with the Company. The Company thanks Ms. Soler for her service.
