(NASDAQ: AMBA), an edge AI semiconductor company, today announced financial results for its second quarter of fiscal year 2026 ended July 31, 2025. Revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2026 was $95.5 million, up 49.9% from $63.7 million in the same period in fiscal 2025. For the six months ended July 31, 2025, revenue was $181.4 million, up 53.5% from $118.2 million for the six months ended July 31, 2024. Gross margin under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) for the second quarter of fiscal 2026 was 58.9%, compared with 60.8% for the same period in fiscal 2025. For the six months ended July 31, 2025, GAAP gross margin was 59.4%, compared with 60.8% for the six months ended July 31, 2024.
