(NYSE: BLDR) today reported its results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025. Fourth Quarter 2025 Highlights All Year-Over-Year Comparisons Unless Otherwise Noted: • Net sales were $3.4 billion, a 12.1% decrease, primarily due to a below-normal starts environment. The decline reflects lower core organic net sales and commodity deflation, partially offset by growth from acquisitions. • Gross profit was $1.0 billion compared to gross profit of $1.2 billion in the prior year period. Gross profit margin decreased 250 basis points to 29.8%, primarily driven by a below-normal starts environment. • Net income was $31.5 million, or diluted EPS of $0.28 compared to diluted EPS of $1.65 in the prior year period.
