The cultivation license supporting Grown Rogue's Fridley project was awarded through Minnesota's license lottery in June 2025, with preliminary license approval received in January 2026. The City of Fridley approved the Conditional Use Permit for the facility in November 2025, and Grown Rogue executed its lease and related project agreements in December 2025.
