On March 9, 2026, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP completed its audit of the consolidated balance sheets of CNL Healthcare Properties, Inc. and its subsidiaries (the “Company”) as of December 31, 2025 and 2024, and the related consolidated statements of operations, of comprehensive income (loss), of stockholders’ equity and of cash flows for each of the three years in the period ended December 31, 2025, including the related notes (the “consolidated financial statements”) and issued its report, dated March 9, 2026, with respect to the consolidated financial statements of the Company.
