(the "Company" or the "Registrant") issued a press release announcing its second quarter 2026 results of operations. ITEM 8.01 Other Events On July 22, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing that the board of directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of its common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on August 31, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 14, 2026.
