On September 22, 2026, ProPetro Holding Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, ProPetro Energy Solutions, LLC (“PROPWR”) has entered into contracts to commit approximately 230 megawatts of power generation capacity to a subsidiary of Targa Resources Corp., a large energy infrastructure company in the Permian Basin.
