(Nasdaq: JMSB) (the “Company”), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 for each share of its common stock outstanding. The dividend is payable on August 26, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 5, 2026. Based on the current number of shares outstanding, the aggregate payment will be approximately $1.4 million. “I am pleased to announce that our Board believes that our strong and consistent financial performance enables us to increase our quarterly dividend by 11%,” said Christopher Bergstrom, President and CEO of the Company. “On an annualized basis, the dividend represents a 33% increase versus a year ago.
