Greenland Technologies Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: GTEC) designs, develops, manufactures and sells components and products for the global material handling industries. Through its subsidiaries in the People’s Republic of China, Greenland offers transmission products that are key components for forklift trucks used in manufacturing and logistics applications. Greenland also formed HEVI Corp. (“HEVI”), a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in the State of Delaware, focused on electric industrial vehicles for the North American market; however, substantially all of HEVI’s business operations have been suspended since 2025 due to uncertainty regarding tariff policy.
