(NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Aircraft Reconfig Technologies (ART) from ZIM Aircraft Cabin Solutions. ART is an engineering company specializing in passenger aircraft reconfiguration for global airlines.
