Item 8.01. Other Events On June 25, 2026, the Company announced that it has completed enrollment in the global BROADEN2 Phase 2b trial of KT-621, its first-in-class, oral STAT6 degrader, for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (“AD”). Enrollment was completed in advance of prior expectations, and the Company expects this development to accelerate the timing of its anticipated topline data readout to year-end 2026, representing a potential advancement of six months relative to its prior expectation of releasing the readout in mid-2027. Subject to discussions with regulators, the Company expects to initiate Phase 3 trials in AD by mid-2027.
