On August 5, 2026, Array Technologies Inc. (the “Company”), announced its financial results as of and for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 by issuing a press release, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on August 5, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss its financial results and provide an investor presentation.
