(Nasdaq: ARKO) (“ARKO” or the “Company”), a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest operators of convenience stores and wholesalers of fuel in the United States, today announced financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. First Quarter 2026 Key Highlights (vs. Year-Ago Period) 1,2 • Net loss for the quarter was $5.6 million compared to a net loss of $12.7 million. • Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter increased 65.1% to $50.9 million compared to $30.9 million. • Same-store merchandise sales excluding cigarettes increased approximately 0.4%, representing the strongest ex-cigarette performance in two years. • Merchandise margin for the quarter increased to 33.9% compared to 33.2%. • Retail same store fuel margin for the quarter increased to 48.0 cents per gallon compared to 38.7 cents per gallon, while same store fuel contribution increased approximately 20.1%.
