Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On August 6, 2026, Mr. Graeme Shaw notified Constellation Acquisition Corp I (the “Company” or “our”) of his resignation as Chief Technology Officer of the Company, effective immediately. Additionally, on the same day, Richard C. Davis notified the Company of his resignation as President of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Davis will remain a member of our board of directors following his resignation as an officer of the Company. Mr. Shaw’s and Mr. Davis’s resignations did not result from any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
