Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On May 7, 2026, Hyperliquid Strategies Inc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third fiscal quarter and nine months ended March 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
