(“Coeur” or the “Company”) (NYSE, TSX: CDE) today reported record second quarter 2026 financial results, including record revenue of $1.1 billion and cash flow from operating activities of $513 million. The Company reported quarterly GAAP net income of $122 million, or $0.12 per share. On an adjusted basis1, Coeur reported record quarterly adjusted EBITDA1 of $478 million, record cash flow from operating activities before changes in working capital of $513 million and net income of $123 million, or $0.12 per share. Financial results in the quarter, including adjusted EBITDA1 and net income, were affected by a non-cash impact of $140 million, or $(0.10) per share, due to purchase price allocation accounting for Rainy River’s stockpile inventory.…
