CMC’s 246th consecutive quarterly dividend will be paid on April 15, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 6, 2026. “This announcement demonstrates the high degree of confidence on the part of management and our board of directors regarding CMC's cash flow capabilities, financial position, and fundamental business outlook,” said Peter R.
