(b) On September 14, 2026, CreditRiskMonitor.com, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from Jennifer Gerold, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, of her resignation for personal considerations effective as November 17, 2026. Ms. Gerold’s decision did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Ms. Gerold will continue to serve in her current capacity to ensure an orderly transition of her responsibilities while the Company is engaging in a search for a replacement. The Company wishes to thank Ms. Gerold for her years of dedicated service.
