On August 11, 2026, the Board of Directors of CNB Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CCNE) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share of common stock payable on September 15, 2026 to common stock shareholders of record as of September 1, 2026. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
