On June 23, 2025, Public Service Company of Oklahoma (the “Company”) entered into an Underwriting Agreement with Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC, as representatives of the underwriters named therein (collectively, the “Underwriters”), relating to the offering and sale by the Company of $800,000,000 of its 5.45% Senior Notes, Series N, due 2036 (the “Notes”).
