The Registrant also announced in the press release that it will host a conference call for investors and analysts on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 10 a.m. (Eastern Time) to discuss first quarter results.

Also, on April 23, 2026, the Board of Directors announced a quarterly common stock cash dividend of $0.31 per common share, payable on May 15, 2026, to shareholders of record on May 4, 2026.
