The Corporation reported consolidated net income of $15.4 million for the first six months of 2026, an increase of 17.2 percent, compared to $13.2 million for the first six months of 2025. Included in net income for the second quarter and first six months of 2026 were the effects of the sale of an equity interest in Bearing Insurance Group, LLC (the “Bearing equity interest”), resulting in a pre-tax gain of $8.3 million, and a securities portfolio restructuring (the “Portfolio Restructuring”), which resulted in a pre-tax loss of $7.1 million.
