(NASDAQ Global Select Market: CWCO), a leading designer, builder and operator of advanced water treatment plants, reported results for the year ended December 31, 2025. All comparisons are to the same prior year period unless otherwise noted. Consolidated Water will hold a conference call at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time tomorrow to discuss the results (see dial-in information below). 2025 Financial Summary Total revenue decreased 1% to $132.1 million. Retail revenue increased 6% to $33.6 million. Bulk revenue decreased 1% to $33.5 million. Services revenue decreased by 9% to $46.3 million primarily due to a decline in construction revenue. Manufacturing revenue increased by 6% to $18.7 million. Net income from continuing operations attributable to company stockholders totaled $18.6 million or $1.16 per diluted share, compared to $17.9 million or $1.12 per diluted share in 2024.
