Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 6, 2026, Bentley Systems, Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026. Exhibit 99.2 sets forth the reasons the Company believes that presentation of the non-GAAP financial measures contained in the press release provides useful information to investors regarding the Company’s results of operations and financial condition.
