Your choices
BCS uses Google Analytics to understand page use, with regional consent settings. Analytics cookies are off by default for visitors Google identifies in the EEA, UK or Switzerland until allowed; limited measurement without analytics cookies may still occur. Elsewhere analytics operates by default. You can change your preference here. Charts, market quotes and the economic calendar load automatically; these choices do not hide market data or change registration and account functions.

TradingView receives network and browser information and may collect device and usage analytics under its own privacy policy. The BCS analytics choice does not control TradingView’s processing. |
| News images | News pages may load images directly from the publisher or its image host. Those requests disclose your IP address and browser information to that host and may send cookies already associated with it. BCS sets these image requests to omit the referring page address. The analytics choice controls BCS’s Google Analytics; publisher images are part of the news display. |
| Registration and THEMA | The BCS registration form sends your name, email address, password and BCS referral marker to THEMA’s registration service. Account confirmation and account functions are handled there. Choosing a THEMA continuation action sends the selected listing identifier and BCS return address to THEMA. BCS privacy choices do not change your THEMA account or email-delivery preferences. |
| Contact and advertising | Email you send to BCS includes your address and message. A direct sponsor or affiliate link connects to the advertiser when clicked; that destination may track the referral under its own policy. BCS’s direct placements do not load third-party tracking scripts or remote banner images. Google advertising is not enabled. |
Providers and transfers
Hosting, security, email and optional service providers process information needed for their services. Information may be processed outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy and TradingView’s privacy policy. An external site’s practices apply when you follow its links.
Retention and requests
The local privacy-choice record expires after 180 days. Turning off analytics stops BCS’s analytics activity and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies on this domain. This choice does not delete information a provider already received. For information about retained account records, messages or service logs, or to request access, correction or deletion, email BCS. Do not send passwords or sensitive account credentials.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy of data, or complain to your local privacy authority. BCS may need to verify a request before acting. Browser controls can also remove cookies and local storage. Essential security and registration processing remains necessary when you use those functions.
