On November 4, 2026, Donald Harrison, a Class B Director of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to resign as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective immediately. Mr. Harrison’s decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices. The Company and the Board express their deep appreciation to Mr. Harrison for his many contributions and his years of dedicated and outstanding service to the Company, and wish him the very best in his future endeavors.
