Item 8.01. Other Events On July 2, 2026, Cimpress plc (the “Company”) completed its previously announced acquisition of the SAXOPRINT and viaprinto businesses of CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA. The SAXOPRINT and viaprinto businesses will be part of the Company’s PrintBrothers segment. The transaction was previously announced in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K furnished under Item 7.01 on May 11, 2026.
