Revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 was $13.2 million, compared to $17.7 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2025. GAAP net loss attributable to SemiLEDs stockholders for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 was $1.2 million, or $(0.15) per diluted share, compared to a net income of $223 thousand, or $0.03 per diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2025. GAAP gross margin for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 decreased to 2%, compared to 5% for the third quarter of fiscal 2025. Operating margin for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 decreased to negative 7%, compared with negative 0.4% for the third quarter of fiscal 2025.
