5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws.
On
June 30, 2026, pursuant to stockholder consent, our Board of Directors authorized an amendment (the "Amendment") to our Certificate of
Incorporation, as amended, to change the name of the Corporation from Two Hands Corporation to Quantum X, Inc. We filed the Amendment
with the Delaware Secretary of State on July 8, 2026.
The
Company submitted initial documents to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") regarding this name change on July 23, 2026.
In connection with the name change, the Company also requested a change of its trading symbol to QUTX, subject to availability. The Company
will report the completion of FINRA's review and the effectiveness of the name change by filing a subsequent Current Report on Form 8-K.
