Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On July 30, 2026, Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (“ICE”) announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2026. A copy of ICE’s press release announcing such financial results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
