Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 7, 2026, Butler National Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors authorized a $10 million increase in the Company’s existing stock repurchase program, bringing the total available authorization to approximately $11.9 million, and extended the program through April 30, 2029.
