On August 18,
2026, Fuse Group Holding Inc. (the “Company”) received a resignation letter from Mr. Kai Xu, a member of the Board of the
Directors of the Company (the “Board”), effective immediately. Mr. Xu indicated his resignation is not the result of any disagreement
with the Company, its management, or the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
On August 19,
2026, the Board appointed Ms. Winnie Win Jen Li as a new director of the Board.
Ms. Winnie
Li, age 35, has served as Managing Director of San Bruno HB Inc since 2009. Ms. Li has served as Real Estate Agent of GD Commercial
Real Estate Inc. since 2022. Ms. Li earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis in
2013.
