Effective September 21, 2026, Jamaal T. Lesane became Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. (the “Company”) and ceased to serve as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.
In addition, effective as of the same date, Bryan Warner, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Head of Legal, ceased to be an executive officer of the Company. He will continue to be employed by the Company with the same title pursuant to his existing employment agreement.
