Item 8.01 Other Events. The MY Portfolio Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 1.0% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of December 1, 2016, relating to the CSMC 2016-NXSR Commercial Mortgage Trust filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K/A filed on February 7, 2017 (the “CSMC 2016-NXSR PSA”). Pursuant to Section 7.01(d) of the CSMC 2016-NXSR PSA, Greystone Servicing Company LLC was removed as special servicer of the MY Portfolio Mortgage Loan and Midland Loan Services, A Division of PNC Bank, National Association, a national banking association (“Midland”), was appointed as the successor special servicer of the MY Portfolio Mortgage Loan under the CSMC 2016-NXSR PSA. In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of July 9, 2026, the MY Portfolio Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the CSMC 2016-NXSR PSA, by Midland.
