Company context

We were formed as a clinical stage biotechnology company, focused on the development of therapeutics for unmet medical needs in chronic pain, inflammation and fibrosis by employing innovative research, and, where appropriate, combination therapy. In September 2024, we completed the acquisition of certain source code and intellectual property relating to an online blockchain casino, and moving forward, we plan to focus the majority of our operations on the creation of the online blockchain casino, while looking to monetize certain prior development stage therapeutic product candidates for unmet medical needs.
