On March 10, 2026, AEP Texas Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an Underwriting Agreement with Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., Truist Securities, Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. as representatives of the underwriters named in Exhibit 1 thereto (collectively, the “Underwriters”), relating to the offering and sale by the Company of $750,000,000 of its 5.20% Senior Notes, Series Q, due 2036 (the "Notes").
