Exhibit 99.1 STERIS Announces Financial Results for Fiscal 2026 Third Quarter Total revenue from continuing operations increased 9%; constant currency organic revenue grew 8% As reported EPS from continuing operations increased to $1.96; adjusted EPS increased to $2.53 Fiscal 2026 outlook maintained DUBLIN, IRELAND - (February 4, 2026) - STERIS plc (NYSE: STE) (“STERIS” or the “Company”) today announced financial results for its fiscal 2026 third quarter ended December 31, 2025. Total revenue from continuing operations for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 increased 9% to $1.5 billion compared with $1.4 billion in the third quarter of fiscal 2025. Constant currency organic revenue growth from continuing operations for the third quarter was 8%. “We are pleased with our performance in the third quarter,” said Dan Carestio, President and CEO of STERIS. “Our performance continues to benefit from strong execution by our commercial teams and our diversified portfolio.
