On August 13, 2026, CleanCore Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary
of State of the State of Nevada to change the Company’s corporate name from “CleanCore Solutions, Inc.” to “Zone
Frontier Inc.” (the “Name Change Amendment”). The Name Change Amendment will become effective on August 31, 2026. No stockholder vote was required in connection with the Name Change Amendment,
as it involved a name change only. A copy of the Name Change Amendment is filed as Exhibit 3.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and
is incorporated herein by reference. The foregoing description of the Name Change Amendment is qualified in its entirety by reference
to the full text of the Name Change Amendment.
