We are an emerging oncology-focused biotechnology company that has a portfolio of development candidates, diversified across several distinct technologies, with the potential to yield first-in-class and best-in-class agents in a range of oncology indications. Our lead development candidate is paxalisib (formerly known as GDC-0084), a small-molecule, brain-penetrant inhibitor of the PI3K / Akt / mTor pathway, that is being developed as a potential therapy for glioblastoma, the most common and most aggressive form of primary brain tumour in adults, as well advanced breast cancer and as other forms of brain cancer.
