Company context
We are a newly organized blank check company or special purpose acquisition company, incorporated on November 11, 2025, as a Cayman Islands exempted company and formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. While we may pursue an initial business combination in any sector, we intend to focus on companies developing, integrating, or enabling advanced technologies across both physical and digital domains. These include opportunities in software, hardware, compute infrastructure, engineered materials, intelligent systems, automation, specialized components, energy and power technologies, and other technology-driven platforms that support mission-critical functions across modern markets.
