On July 1, 2026, Unum Group (the "Company") issued a news release announcing that Andrew D. Walker has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Operations Officer. Since joining the Company in June 2025, Mr. Walker has served as Chief Customer Operations Officer. In his current role, he leads an expanded portfolio of operational and transformation functions that support the delivery of the Company's products and services and customer experience.
