Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. The Annual Meeting of Unit Owners of North European Oil Royalty Trust (the “Trust”) was held on February 17, 2026 (the “Annual Meeting”). A total of 1,996,448 Units were represented in person or by valid proxy at the Annual Meeting.
