(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the commencement of its cash tender offers to purchase up to $50 million aggregate principal amount (subject to increase or decrease by the Company) of the Company’s 6.70% Notes due 2043 (the “2043 Notes”) and 5.250% Medium-Term Notes due 2037 (the “2037 Notes” and, together with the 2043 Notes, the “Notes”), subject to certain conditions.
