Compensation of Chief
Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
On
August 26, 2026, the Compensation Committee approved a discretionary bonus for Alisha K. Charlton, the Company’s Chief Financial
Officer, in the amount of $60,000 and Richard L. Van Kirk, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, in the amount of $140,000. Mr.
Van Kirk’s bonus was based upon the Company’s sales growth and fiscal 2026 financial performance exceeding plan, and both
bonuses will be paid in cash in the next bi-weekly pay period with a pay date of September 3, 2026.
