Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On February 25, 2026, Sinclair, Inc. (the "Company") announced via press release the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025. The financial results of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Sinclair Broadcast Group, LLC (“SBG”), are reflected within the Company’s financial results. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
