Press release

Robin Energy Adds Exposure to the VLCC Segment

Limassol, Cyprus, October 9, 2026 – Robin Energy Ltd. (NASDAQ: RBNE) (“Robin Energy” or the “Company”), an international ship-owning company providing energy transportation services globally, announced today that it participated in the private placement of Volare Shipping Ltd. (“Volare Shipping”), a newly established shipping company listed on Euronext Growth Oslo Børs. The Company purchased 90,000 shares at the offering price of NOK 154.

The investment underpins the current strong market fundamentals for the crude tanker sector reflected in record VLCC earnings, while time charter rates confirm the structural tightening on the back of ongoing geopolitical disruption and longer travel distances for the crude tanker fleet.
