We are a blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on April 27, 2026, formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities, which we refer to as a “target business.” Our efforts to identify a prospective target business will be focused on companies in the manufacturing sector serving high-growth demand markets, including, but not limited to, aerospace and defense, industrial technology, and critical supply chains. However, we will not limit our target business search to companies in the manufacturing sector.
